STEP 1: Choose a time when you felt these big emotions. Write it down below.


STEP 2: Now, write how this time made you feel in your body.


STEP 3: Let’s write a different example, now. Please list a time where you felt like it wasn’t okay to feel big emotions. Write it down below.


STEP 4: Create a Cause-Effect Loop.


STEP 5: Based on your Cause-Effect Loop, write down an internalized self-preservation belief.


STEP 6: Challenge the thought.
